The answer is most white-collar small business owners cannot talk about their businesses.
Yes, they can talk about their companies' products and services, but are not too good at creating dialogues for public consumption.
According my own data originating from hundreds of conversations with attorneys, CPAs, dentists, plastic surgeons, insurance brokers and real estate brokers, one out of ten white-collar small business owners can communicate their companies' benefits and features.
Most conversations with white-collar small business owners usually gravitate around their certifications, colleges attended, and specializations.
So, why is it difficult for white-collar small business owners to have conversations with the general public about their businesses?
